1. Cathode current efficiency up to 25%.
2. Operating current density is up to 65 amps / dm2 above.
3. The deposition speed is very fast that reaches 2-3 times than the traditional hard chrome plating.
4. Free of fluoride and no eroding the low current area of workpiece.
5. The hardness of the deposit is 950-1100HV.
6. Crack number density is up to 400 / cm and that improves the corrosion resistance.
7. The deposit is very smooth with fine glossy.
8. CR-25 can deposit at excellent thickness with superb uniformity, and it also can reduce the over-thickness deposition in the high current area (extraordinary leveling performance).
9. No erosion to the lead-tin anode, so the consumption of anode plate can be reduced.
10. The pre-treatment process, anode setting, and tank setting of CR-25 are all the same with the traditional chrome plating process.
