Functions and Uses：
1. KCL-NI 40 is applicable to the plating of iron workpieces such as the brake calipers of automotive, electroplated screws, bolts and other fasteners.
2. Extremely high corrosion resistance beyond the others of traditional galvanized coating. Superior uniform nickel content in the entire current density range (nickel content floating about ± 1%).
3. KCL-NI 40 is free of nitrogen. The activation and deposition are very fast and the produced deposit is with the superior adhesion and hardness as well as the excellent wear resistance. The ratio of alloy in the deposit is consistent balanced and no knots.
