1. AU-2001 is the high-speed gold plating agent. It is compliable to all types of select plating. The deposit obtains excellent mechanical and physical properties that meet the requirement of electronics and electrical processes.
2. The process has a higher current density and with high efficiency of deposition. The solution obtains excellent dispersion. The gold content of the deposit reaches up to 99.7-99.8%.
3. The deposit is gold-cobalt alloy with excellent abrasion resistance. The hardness of deposit is up to 170-180HV. The contact resistance is 0.6mΩ.
