JS-5 is a neutral high-speed silver plating process. The degree of brightness of produced deposit is between 0.4-0.8 (GAM standard) and the deposit obtains the excellent adhesion, high solderability and corrosion resistance. JS-5 is particularly suitable for semiconductor materials, connectors, integrated circuits, converters, and so on.
