The Indian domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament has been announced- This Indian domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament will follow the official ICC Twenty20 cricket rules
Indian cricket team to use domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament to select the team
The Indian cricket team has hardly played any Twenty20 cricket matches- they have played only one Twenty20 cricket international.
The domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament will be used primarily for:
- Acclimatizing the Indian cricket players to Twenty20 cricket matches,which they have no experience in
- Selecting the Indian cricket team for the Twenty20 cricket World cup in South Africa
