Twenty20 cricket international-Australia hit world record Twenty20 cricket score

In the Australia Vs England Twenty20 cricket international, the Australian cricket team has set a record for the top score in Twenty20 cricket internationals

In the Twenty20 international’s short span of twenty overs, the Australian cricket team scored 221 runs for the loss of five wickets

In this record breaking Twenty20 cricket international,James Anderson was the most hapless bowler, conceding a record 64 runs off just 4 overs. This Twenty20 international  saw all the England bowlers being given the “stick” treatment by the Australian batsmen- Monty Panesar bowled the best among the England bowlers by picking up two wickets

Almost all the Australian batsmen had a whale of a time in this Twenty20 cricket international-Gilchrist scored a 29 ball 48, Ponting scored a 26 ball 47,Symonds scored 23 ball 39,and White scored a 20 ball 40.

In response to the Australian cricket team’s record breaking score in this Twenty20 cricket international, the England cricket team are 32/3 off 4.1 overs with only Vaugham holding the fort

Obviously, the rest of this Twenty20 cricket international is purely academic- the result is well known and it is familiar for this England cricket team on the Australian tour
